FEATURES:  Given the responsibility of renovating the Sierra Towers' penthouse, ICX skillfully actualized Mavens of Design’s vision for this heavenly residence. We crafted custom ebony millwork and incorporated Kelly Wearstler fixtures and hardware to complement the 12’ high doors, perfectly aligning with the 12’ ceilings and breathtaking 270-degree views. Amidst the intricacies of a high-rise construction, we navigated the challenging logistics seamlessly.
