FEATURE:  The house was completely renovated by ICX while adhering to the existing floor plan. Everything was stripped down to the studs, allowing for a stunning integration between the landscaped backyard, a beautiful IPE deck, and a well-designed pool that perfectly complemented the interior finishes. The remodel was elevated with a Poliform Kitchen, custom marble walls, and sleek steel windows. Remarkably, this entire transformation was accomplished in just nine months.
